Mangrove Charcoal (Black)

Mangrove charcoal, made from mangrove wood, is a type of charcoal found in the tidal wetlands of the Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam. Currently, it is regarded as the best charcoal for grilling among various types of black charcoal. Compared to other commonly used charcoals for grilling, mangrove charcoal has several advantages. Grilling with mangrove charcoal does not emit toxic gases that can pollute the air or harm human health. It has been praised by many as the cleanest, smokeless grilling charcoal available. This type of charcoal produces little smoke while generating a significant amount of heat, allowing food to be grilled quickly and efficiently. Additionally, mangrove charcoal lasts a long time without the need for frequent replacement, maintaining sufficient heat throughout its use.
